Increasing export potential

In his Messages to the People, the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev sets the task to increase the country's export potential.

Two enterprises in the Gabit Musrepov district - Ali-Sa LLP and VATAN & COMPANY LLP, working as a single cluster, are major exporters of grain cargo and ground products.

The enterprises have been successfully operating for a number of years, modernizing production in order not to change their principle - to produce only high-quality products sold under their own brand.

In September-October of this year, the mill complex of Ali-Sa LLP shipped 1 thousand 219 tons of flour for export, VATAN & COMPANY LLP - 1 thousand 883 tons.

The mill complex, where Ali-Sa LLP and VATAN & COMPANY LLP operate, includes two Turkish-made complexes, one of them processes 50 tons of wheat per day, the other 80 tons, respectively, the output is 35 tons of flour and 65 tons flour of the highest grade 1 and 2, which is packaged in bagcases of 50 kilograms. Wheat for the production of flour, according to the requirements of GOST, is used not lower than grade 3, with gluten for the highest grade not lower than 28, grade 1 not lower than 30, grade 2 not lower than 25.

For the production of flour, wheat is purchased mainly from the Musrepov agricultural producers.

Flour is exported to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Iran, Turkmenistan, per month an average of 1,800-2,000 tons.

Local bakeries also purchase flour, about 40-50 tons per month.

The production base includes its own driveway, grain cleaning machines: Turkish is designed for 160 tons of grain per day, Russian for 180 tons, storage facilities for 15 thousand tons, grain drying equipment with a capacity of 40 tons per hour, two wheel loaders, three trucks, two autocars, grain-throwers, two bucket-and-screw loaders.

Ali-Sa LLP and VATAN & COMPANY LLP also produce bran, these processed products are packaged in bags of 25 kilograms. Bran is sold both in the district and for export, mainly to Uzbekistan, an average of 400 tons per month.

About 50 people are involved in these enterprises, the average salary at the mill complex is about 70 thousand tenge. At the forefront of the workforce are senior miller S. Rozhin, locksmith P. Shell, operator A. Tsvetkov, head of the production and technical laboratory B. Shupanova.
